Megan Harris-Pero, Esq.

Attorney

Working in large and boutique law firms, Megan witnessed the power of planning wisely. She founded the firm in 2015 as Harris-Pero Legal Counsel, PLLC to provide a more personal level of service for families, farmers, and business owners. In 2020, the firm became Harris-Pero & Botelho, PLLC, and then Harris-Pero Law Firm, PLLC in 2023. A 2019 Saratoga Woman of Influence, she completed Cornell University’s LEAD program for future agriculture leaders and serves on the board of the Agricultural Stewardship Association. A resident of Malta, she is also active in the community of Essex, NY. Outside the office, you’ll find her chauffeuring two daughters, working on home projects, practicing yoga, hiking, snow skiing, and crewing on small sail boats.
